Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and over the legal age to participate in gambling-style games in your location. You may be asked to verify age. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Service.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service is for entertainment. You cannot wager or win real money. No prizes of real-world value are offered through gameplay.

3) Virtual currency: Koru Coins

• Koru Coins are fictional virtual credits used within the Service only.
• Koru Coins have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for money or anything of real-world value.
• We may grant, adjust, or remove Koru Coins (including for compliance, error correction, fraud prevention, or account actions) to the extent permitted by law.

4) Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Do not sell, transfer, share, or “boost” accounts, or use bots/automation.

5) Acceptable use

You must not: (a) break laws or infringe rights; (b) cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Service; (c) attempt unauthorised access; (d) harass, post unlawful content, or distribute malware; (e) scrape or reverse engineer except where permitted by law.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, graphics, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that gameplay outcomes will meet expectations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) (where applicable).

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of virtual items/credits. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to NZD $100 (or the minimum required by law), except where liability cannot be limited under New Zealand law.

9) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove Koru Coins or content) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud/cheating, or if required for safety, compliance, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
