Virtual Currency & In‑App Purchases Disclosure

1) What are Koru Coins?

“Koru Coins” are virtual credits used within Spintrixo features (for example, to access in‑game content or optional features where offered). Koru Coins are not legal tender or electronic money.

3) No prizes or real‑world rewards

Using Koru Coins does not enable winning cash, prizes, or any real‑world items of value. Purchases or use of Koru Coins do not increase the chance of receiving any real‑world reward.

4) Optional purchases (pricing & billing)

• Any purchase of Koru Coins or other in‑app content is optional.
• Prices (and any applicable taxes such as NZ GST, where charged) are shown before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment processing and billing are handled by the store or payment provider you use (for example, Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website checkout where available). Your purchase may be subject to that provider’s terms and billing rules.

5) Refunds & consumer rights (New Zealand)

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must usually be made through that store. If you purchased directly from us, contact us using the details below. Nothing in this disclosure limits your rights under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986) where they apply.

6) Accounts, security & minors

• Keep your account credentials secure; we are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your actions or failure to safeguard your account.
• If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent/guardian before making purchases. Device/store parental controls may help prevent unauthorised purchases.

We may update how virtual currency is offered or priced from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
